The PROPER formula in Google Sheets is used to capitalize the first letter of each word in a cell.
To use the PROPER formula, simply enter =PROPER(cell reference) in a new cell, replacing "cell reference" with the reference of the cell you want to capitalize. Press Enter, and the formula will automatically capitalize the first letter of each word in the cell.
